Monday Evenings with Kuldip

 ‘Yoga for All’      6-7.15pm
My passion for yoga has taken me on an incredible journey inspiring a mere hobby to be evolved into a career as a yoga teacher. Trained via the CYS London, I have been teaching Hatha Raja yoga since 2008 with experience, Ashtanga, Iyenger, Power yoga and Vinayasa flow.I believe my students should never judge their practice. It is vital they enjoy themselves and use the experience from my classes as an opportunity to find their own personal power. My yoga is thus very bespoke catered towards individuals at both a therapeutic and social level. Classes are multilingual, multicultural, mixed ability and for all age ranges. Whether a beginner or intermediate, each of my students receive my personal care and attention and modifications are made accordingly. My classes aim to provide holistic benefits, uniting physical fitness (increased flexibility, improved immunity, increased vitality) with mental fitness (inner peace, stress relief, better intuition).I believe yoga teachers are examples of the yoga lifestyle to their students. I hope to facilitate my students’ deepening relationship with yoga through each class.

Wednesday Evenings with Tara

Back to Basics Yoga       6.30- 7.40pm   &  7.50- 9.00pm        Online booking link   https://bookwhen.com/yogatime66
Much of Tara’s  yoga focuses on relieving back, shoulder and back tension.  Simple effective yoga (& pilates) moves that gently encourage  arms, legs, pelvis and spine to work in all directions possible; wiggling, stretching, toning and stimulating the  entire body, no area escapes being touch and transformed. Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, Tara continues to grow her personal and teaching practice through attending classes with master yoga teachers.  Yoga will also improve strength and flexibility, enhance core stability, greatly reduce any  back aches and joint pains. Students often share they feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated after class.
It will  enable you to learn and master the basic yoga positions and breathing techniques that are brilliant for enhancing posture, balance & coordination. This style of yoga will give you time to relieve yourself of the daily stresses that we all experience and re-energise yourself.  Get ready to move  and unravel thereby feel re-fresh and energised. No yoga experience required; 2 classes to choose from on the Wednesday.
